End of Rocky Mountain INS Due to National Corporation Decision

We are reaching out to inform you of a significant development that impacts the future of our chapter.

As you may or may not be aware, The Infusion Nursing Society at the national level has been reviewing the direction and structure of its various chapters across the country. After careful consideration, they have made the difficult decision to close all regional chapters, including ours, as part of their new strategic direction. This decision is final, and our chapter will be coming to a close.

This news comes with mixed emotions, as we have all worked hard to build a strong community and accomplish meaningful goals together. The dedication and passion each of you has contributed have made this chapter an important part of the Infusion Nursing Society's journey overall. While this marks the conclusion of our chapter, it does not diminish the incredible work we have done together and all that has been learned.

Due to these circumstances, we must cancel the upcoming Chapter Education Dinner scheduled for May 7, 2025. In the coming days and weeks, we will be working to ensure a smooth closure for the chapter's end.

We understand that many of you were looking forward to this event, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will also be issuing refunds for chapter dues for the 2025 year. 2025 RMC/INS Members, please email our chapter at insrmc@hotmail.com with your mailing address so we may refund your dues via check. For those non-members who paid for our May meeting, we will be issuing refunds through the website.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to discuss anything further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 

Thank you once again for your dedication and support. While this chapter is closing, the bonds we’ve created and the experiences we’ve shared will continue to resonate with all of us moving forward.
